Terms of service

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms cover 10hub’s yard signs, the accounts and hubs that go with them, and the pages a buyer opens by scanning a sign. Using the pages or placing an order means agreeing to them.

Operator: 10hub, a product of Consilium Holdings, Casper, Wyoming. Questions: support@10hub.ai.

What 10hub is

10hub sells a yard sign for real estate agents. Every sign an agent owns carries the agent’s one QR code; a scan opens the agent’s hub at the home the sign is standing at. The hub, the console the agent runs it from, and the front page are the “pages”. The sign, its stand and its optional solar light are the “signs”. Full service (installing a sign, taking it down when the home closes and storing it until the next listing) is the “service”.

Accounts

An account is for a licensed real estate agent or broker, or someone working for one, who is at least 18. The agent is responsible for what is on their hub: the accuracy of every listing, price, fact and photo, the reviews they choose to publish, and the links they add. The agent must have the right to use the photos, floor plans and videos they upload. 10hub may remove content that breaks the law or these terms, and may close an account that does.

Sign-in is by a code emailed to the account’s address. Whoever can read that email can sign in, so the agent keeps that mailbox secure and signs out on shared devices.

Fair housing and advertising rules

Hubs are advertising. The agent follows the Fair Housing Act and their state’s rules, including any rule that the agent’s and broker’s license numbers appear on advertising (in California, the DRE license numbers). Nothing on a hub may steer buyers toward or away from a home or a neighborhood on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other protected characteristic. The hub’s assistant answers only about the home and the process, not about who lives nearby.

Buyers

A buyer who opens a hub may look at the homes, ask for a showing, send a worksheet, keep a list of homes and leave a review. What they send goes to that agent. The hub gives information about homes as the agent entered it; it is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and a buyer verifies measurements, taxes, schools and everything else independently. The payment estimates on a hub are estimates, not offers of credit. Nothing on a hub is legal, financial or tax advice.

Orders

An order placed in the console is paid at checkout through Stripe, everything in the cart in one total; Stripe takes the card, and 10hub never sees or keeps card numbers. Every order needs the 10hub subscription, billed monthly: it is added to the first order and stays on the account, and it and full service continue month to month until ended; write to the address above about ending one. Where card checkout is not set up on a server, an order is a request: 10hub confirms it by email and arranges payment then. The prices shown are before tax and delivery; tax is added at checkout. A sign ships 3 to 5 business days after payment. Each sign ships with the agent’s QR code; the sign numbers on an order are recorded in the console with the agent’s signs. Full service is billed monthly per stand, the first month at checkout, until the sign is picked up for storage. A sign that is lost or damaged in the yard is the agent’s to replace; ask for a quote.

Refunds

The 10hub subscription has a 14-day refund: within 14 days of the first payment, ask and it is refunded in full. Write to support@10hub.ai from the account’s email address. Signs, QR codes and full service are not refundable.

A sign that arrives damaged is replaced quickly, at no cost: write to the same address.

What 10hub does not promise

The pages are provided as they are. 10hub does not promise that a sign will be scanned, that a scan will lead to a showing, that the pages will always be available, or that a buyer’s phone will always find the right home. 10hub is not a party to any transaction between an agent and a buyer. To the extent the law allows, 10hub’s liability for anything arising from the signs, the service or the pages is limited to what the agent paid 10hub in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending an account

An agent can stop using the pages at any time and can ask for the account and everything in it to be deleted (see the privacy policy). Signs already delivered are the agent’s. 10hub can end an account that breaks these terms, with notice where the law requires it.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and continued use after that is agreement to the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
