Every sign carries your same QR code. Try it: scan the sign in this photo with your phone.

The yard sign

One sign, unlimited homes.

Showings asked for from the curb, at any hour, without a call to return. Buyers who arrive already sold on the rooms. One sign that serves every listing you’ll ever have, moved from yard to yard with nothing reprinted. And a sign that is modern, light, easy on the lawn, and built to save you money.

How it works

One QR code for every home.

  • 4712 Maple Hollow DrA sign in this yard: a scan here opens this home and its 360 video
  • 1108 Cedar Bend CtAnother listing at the same time: another sign with the same QR, and a scan here opens this home
  • Your next listingSold? Move the sign there. Same QR, nothing to reprint
  1. One QR code, yours for good. Every 10hub sign you own carries the same QR code, and it never changes: there is never a new code to make for a new home.
  2. Several homes? Order more signs. Every sign you order comes with the same QR. Put one in each yard and tap its home in your console.
  3. The scan opens the home it’s at. Its 360 video first, then the facts, a showing and the offer. With signs in several yards, the buyer’s phone finds the one they’re standing at.
  4. Sold? Move the sign to the next yard. Tap the new home in your console. Same sign, same QR: nothing is reprinted, nothing is thrown away.

Side by side

Better than a traditional sign, and cheaper to run.

  • At the curb

Traditional sign: A phone number, and a flyer if the box isn’t empty

10hub sign: The home’s 360 video, outside and every room, before they knock

  • After hours

Traditional sign: Voicemail, and the buyer drives on

10hub sign: Facts, answers and a showing request at any hour; an optional solar light keeps the code readable after dark

  • Booking a showing

Traditional sign: Call, leave a message, wait

10hub sign: Pick a time on the spot, or tap “I’m outside now”

  • Language

Traditional sign: Whatever the flyer was printed in

10hub sign: English or Spanish, one tap on the buyer’s phone

  • In the yard

Traditional sign: A heavy wooden post and panel, and a huge hole dug in the lawn for it

10hub sign: A light stand that goes in without a huge hole to dig: minimal yard damage

  • The next listing, or several at once

Traditional sign: New flyers printed for every home, a new rider whenever the details change, and a new box for each yard

10hub sign: The same sign and the same QR: move it to the next yard and tap the new home. More signs, all with the same QR, go in several yards, and each scan opens the home the buyer is at

  • What it costs to run

Traditional sign: A flyer box, a stack of printed flyers, and the drive back to refill it

10hub sign: One sign, reused for every listing: no flyers, no box, no refills, no reprints

  • What you learn

Traditional sign: Nothing about who stopped

10hub sign: Every scan, the yard it came from, and every showing request, in your console

The sign itself

Built for listing after listing.

Modern, light, and it pays for itself: no flyers to print, no box to refill, nothing to reprint when a home sells.

  • A text code too Coming soonBuyers who would rather not scan will text the keyword on the sign and get the link back.
  • Your brokerage on itYour brokerage, name and phone on the panel, and the sign’s own number by the code: a swapped-in fake is obvious.
  • Solar light, optionalCharges by day on the post and lights the sign and the code after dark.

Questions agents ask

Before you order.

Do buyers need an app?

No. The phone’s camera reads the code and opens the home in the browser: the walk-through, the details, a showing request. Nothing to install.

How does one code know which home the buyer is at?

Every sign carries your one code. With one home in a yard, a scan opens it. With several, the page uses the phone’s location to find the yard, or asks for the house number on the sign.

What happens when a home sells?

Move the stand to the next listing and pick that home in your console. Nothing is reprinted, and a scan always opens what is in your yards now.

Can the sign carry my brokerage?

Yes. The panel prints your brokerage, your name and your phone, with your code.

What does full service cover?

We install the stand, take it down when the home closes, and store it until your next listing, for $55 a month per stand. Or do it yourself: the stand is light and goes in without a big hole.

How many stands do I need?

One for each yard you have a sign in at the same time. They all carry the same code, so a stand serves listing after listing.

Does it read at night?

With the solar light, $50 a stand: it charges by day on the post and lights the sign and the code after dark.

Put one sign to work on every listing.

Order your signs, every one with your same QR. Put them in your yards, and every scan opens the home the buyer is standing at.
