10hub
Privacy policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
10hub makes yard signs for real estate agents. A scan of the sign opens the agent’s hub, a page for buyers. This policy says what 10hub’s pages collect, what an agent’s hub collects, why, and how long it is kept. It is written to be read, not skimmed: there is nothing hidden in it.
Operator: 10hub, a product of Consilium Holdings, Casper, Wyoming. Questions and requests: support@10hub.ai.
The front page
The front page counts visits, how far down the page people read and which buttons they use, as totals per day. It keeps no cookies and no identifiers: a visit is a number added to a count, not a record of a person. It notes whether the visit came from a phone or a computer and the site it came from, if any, again as a count.
The demo phone on the front page is a demonstration hub with a fictional agent. What you try on it, saved homes, a showing request, a language, a theme, stays in your own browser and is not sent anywhere.
“Not ready to order?”
If you leave your email on the front page, 10hub keeps the email, the name if you gave one, what you asked for (a walkthrough, the details, or an invite) and the time. It is used to answer that request and to reach you about it, and for nothing else. It is stored on 10hub’s server and passed to the tools 10hub uses to answer requests. Write to the address above to have it deleted.
Agents’ accounts
An agent’s account is a name, an email address and, if given, a brokerage. There is no password: a six-digit code is emailed to sign in, and it expires in ten minutes. Signing in creates a session that lasts up to 30 days (“Remember me”) or until the browser tab is closed; sessions are stored on the server as hashes, so a copy of the database signs no one in. The device keeps the session in its browser storage until Sign out.
Everything an agent puts in the console is kept under that account: the hub’s homes and their facts, photos, floor plans and 360 videos, the profile photo and banner, links, the reviews they publish, the signs they own and the orders they place. It is shown to buyers who open that agent’s hub, and to nobody else. An address an agent types is sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service to find its coordinates, so a buyer’s phone can find the sign they are standing at.
Buyers on an agent’s hub
A hub is the agent’s page. When a buyer asks for a showing, taps “I’m outside now”, sends an offer worksheet, leaves a number to keep a list of homes, or leaves a review, what they typed (a name, a phone number, a message, the home) goes to that agent’s console and to the agent’s own notification tools. 10hub stores it on the server for the agent and does not use it for anything of its own. Reviews wait until the agent publishes them and then appear on the agent’s hub with the name the reviewer gave.
Where a form asks for consent to text messages, that consent is for messages about that showing or those homes from the agent and from 10hub, at the number given. Consent is not a condition of purchase; reply STOP to end them.
Location: with the agent’s permission set on the phone, the hub uses the phone’s location once, on the phone itself, to open the home whose sign the buyer is standing at. The location is not sent to the server and not stored. Without it, the hub asks for the house number on the sign instead.
Scans: each scan of a sign is counted for that sign. To count each phone once, the server keeps the scanning address for five seconds and then forgets it. The counts have no names in them.
What a buyer saves on a hub (saved homes, a chosen language, dark mode) stays in their own browser.
Server logs
Orders are paid through Stripe, on Stripe’s own checkout page. Stripe receives the card and the billing address and handles them under its own privacy policy; 10hub receives what was ordered, the amount, the ship-to address the agent typed and a Stripe reference, never the card number. 10hub keeps that with the agent’s account, and sends it to the tools it uses to fulfil orders.
The server keeps a log of requests to the agent’s console and of leads, with the time and the address they came from, to keep the service working and to stop abuse (for example, too many sign-in codes asked for one email). The logs are not used to profile anyone.
What 10hub does not do
- It does not sell or share personal information, and shows no advertising.
- It sets no tracking cookies. The only things kept in a browser are the agent’s session, and a buyer’s own saved homes, language and theme.
- It does not ask about, record or steer by anyone’s race, religion, family status, disability, national origin or any other protected characteristic. The demo assistant does not answer questions about the people or the demographics of a neighborhood.
Keeping and deleting
An agent’s data is kept for as long as the account exists. An agent can delete listings, photos, videos and reviews from the console at any time, and can ask for the whole account to be deleted at the address above. Buyers’ requests are kept with the agent’s account and deleted with it. Leads from the front page are deleted on request. Session records expire on their own.
Children
10hub’s pages are for adults buying, selling or marketing homes. 10hub does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
