These terms cover your use of 10hub.ai (“10hub”, “we”). 10hub is operated by Consilium Holdings, Casper, Wyoming. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
10hub is an online estimating tool. It gives price ranges for home projects in California from our own rate book and the measurements you enter. 10hub is not a contractor, doesn’t do construction work, and doesn’t give bids, binding offers or professional advice.
Every figure is an estimate range, not a bid, quote or offer. Your actual cost depends on site conditions, materials, permits and the contractor you choose. Only a licensed contractor who has seen the job can give a final price. The monthly figure shown next to a range is an illustration, not an offer of credit.
You’re responsible for what you enter. Wrong measurements give wrong ranges. Your measurements stay in your browser; to price them, the tool sends only what you enter to 10hub’s own price service.
Each household gets one free estimate a week. Extra estimates are $9.99 each, paid through Stripe. One payment opens one estimate for 24 hours, PDF included, and you’re never charged twice for the same estimate. If a paid estimate fails to open, or the PDF doesn’t arrive, email support@10hub.ai and we’ll refund it.
You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email — there’s no password. Keep access to your email secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the free tier or the site.
Free site walks are not open yet. When they open, we may introduce you to one licensed contractor, but only if you ask and consent. Any agreement you make is between you and that contractor. 10hub isn’t a party to it and isn’t responsible for the contractor’s work. Always check a contractor’s licence at cslb.ca.gov.
Permit plan sets are permit-application packages, not stamped engineered designs, and are quoted and agreed separately before any work starts. A permit issued once is not a guarantee for another job or city.
Financing options come from a third-party lender, Hearth. 10hub doesn’t lend money or make credit decisions, and asking for options is not a credit application. Checking your rate is a soft pull that does not affect your credit score.
Some tools are new and may change or have errors. Features marked “Coming soon” aren’t available yet.
Don’t copy the rate book or tools in bulk, scrape the site, break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
The tools, rate book, text and designs belong to 10hub. Your estimate PDF is yours to keep and share.
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, 10hub isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Consilium Holdings is established. If you are a California resident, this does not take away rights California law gives you as a consumer.
