10hub
10hub.ai is a free-first estimating tool that helps California homeowners see price ranges for
home projects. This explains, in plain language, what we collect and why. Questions:
support@10hub.ai. 10hub is operated by Consilium Holdings, Casper,
Wyoming.
1What we collect
- What you enter into an estimator (project, size, finish, region). Your measurements are kept in
your browser. To price them, the tool sends only what you enter to 10hub’s own price service.
- Contact details you type when you ask for the PDF, ask for a site walk, ask for financing
options, or message us: usually email, and optionally name, address and phone.
- Account details, if you sign in: your email address, used for a one-time sign-in code (no
password), and any quotes you save under “My quotes,” kept on 10hub’s servers so you
can see them on another device.
- Payments for extra estimates are handled by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card
number; Stripe tells us whether the payment went through.
- Server logs kept by our web host (IP address, browser type) to keep the site running and
secure.
- Analytics: 10hub uses its own first-party counters — anonymous tallies such as how
many people start an estimate.
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): 10hub.ai uses the Meta Pixel to measure whether an ad on Facebook or
Instagram led to an estimate, a PDF request or a sign-up, and to show 10hub ads to people likely to be
interested. The Pixel can collect your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view and
actions you take on 10hub.ai, and Meta may match this to a Meta account. We don’t use any other
third-party advertising or analytics trackers. See Your choices below to opt
out.
2How we use it
- To produce your estimate and email your PDF.
- To reply to your messages.
- To process payments for extra estimates.
- To send the financing options you asked for.
- When site walks are open, and only if you ask and tick the consent box: to match you with one licensed
contractor.
- To keep the site secure and working.
3Who we share it with
- One matched contractor Coming soon — only when site walks open,
you press “Request a site walk,” and you tick the consent box. They receive your contact
details and your estimate details (project, measurements and line items) so they can contact you about
that job. Only that one contractor.
- Service providers that run the site for us: our web host (Hostinger); Formspree, which
processes our contact and request forms; Stripe for payments; our email provider for sending PDFs and
sign-in codes; and, if you ask about financing, our financing partner Hearth.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): the Meta Pixel shares your activity on 10hub.ai with Meta so we can
measure our ads and build advertising audiences. Under California law this counts as “sharing”
for cross-context behavioral advertising — see Your choices to opt out.
- When the law requires it.
- We don’t sell your personal information for money, and we don’t share your contact
details, estimate or account data with anyone for their own advertising.
4How long we keep it
Contact details and requests: up to 24 months. Payment records: as long as tax and accounting law
require. Server logs: a short period for security. Saved account data: until you ask us to delete it or
close the account. After that, we delete it.
5Your choices and California rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, by emailing
support@10hub.ai. We’ll confirm when it’s done, and we
won’t treat you differently for asking. You can clear your browser data at any time to remove what’s
stored on your device. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the
sale or sharing of personal information — we don’t sell personal information, and you can opt out
of sharing for advertising (the Meta Pixel) below.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: turn off the Meta Pixel on
this browser. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal
automatically if your browser sends one.
6Security
The site uses an encrypted connection, and data sits on established hosted services behind access
controls. No system is perfect. If we learn your information has been exposed, we’ll tell you
promptly.
7Children
10hub isn’t for anyone under 18.
8Changes
We’ll post updates here with a new date, and email you if a change materially affects information
you already gave us.
